High-risk missing man found

Missing Richmondite Mohammed Hamada, 24, has been located.

Previously, Richmond RCMP reported that Hamada was last seen at 7:50 a.m. on Dec. 22 in the 7000 block of Westminster Highway. He was described as high-risk by police in a release.
